Our Fundamentals Basketball Camp focuses on the basic fundamentals of basketball.  There are different stations each day to introduce the various fundamentals needed to play the game of basketball correctly.  Fundamentals include ball handling, passing, shooting, cutting, vision, timing, etc., plus ways to improve those skills and have fun while doing so.  Various team shooting, passing, & dribbling games will be played for fun & competition. Our goal is to work hard while having a lot of fun, with the primary focus on campers getting better.  This camp is a lot of fun; you child won’t want to miss it!

NOTE: Skill development is our 100% focus.  5v5 games are NOT played in this camp.

Skills & Drills Academy

June 24th – June 28th

*Rising 7th - 11th Graders

8:30am - 2pm

$130.00 if  registered before June 14th  ($140.00 at the door)

Our Drills & Skills Basketball Academy focuses on more advances skills necessary to play basketball at a high level.  We cover the usage and importance of having the correct shooting form, wing and post play on both on offense and defense.  Players will learn how to play with & without the ball, how to correctly set different types of screens, how to use screens, read defenses, as well as how to defend opponents, etc.

This year we will also incorporate basketball training as part of our camp this year.  This includes introduction to, and the usage of the Vertimax Jump Trainer (V8 & V4), plyometrics, agility and core training.  The Dr. Dish All- Star shooting machine will also be utilized during this camp.

This academy is geared towards players who have experience playing for their respective middle school and/or play AAU basketbal, and who are truly serious about improving their game on both ends of the court.  Our goal is to help players take their game to the next level. This absolutely IS NOT a babysitting camp.

* No player within the age requirement will be turned away.  However, it is strongly important that both parents and campers fully understand they will be expected to work hard, and will be pushed to expand both their basketball knowledge and skill-set.

If your son/daughter is looking to get better & are truly willing to put in hard work, then this week of camp is a must!
